Explorer is for people who want to learn Bitcoin properly, but at a sustainable pace — one lesson a day, every day, building a habit instead of binging and burning out.
You get the same course library as Standard and Premium. The same self-custody wallet. The same sats-earning mechanic on lessons and quizzes. What's different is the rhythm: one lesson per day, with a streak multiplier that quietly turns daily consistency into a meaningful sats balance over months. It's the lowest-cost way to build a daily Bitcoin habit and accumulate sats along the way.

How the daily loop works
- 1Subscribe to Explorer. All courses unlock immediately. Your streak counter starts at zero.
- 2Complete one lesson today. Any course, any lesson — your choice. The lesson is split into sections, each with a short quiz at the end. Finish all sections to mark the lesson complete.
- 3Your streak increments by 1. Earn sats for the lesson, multiplied by your current streak band. Day 1 to 6: 0.5×. Day 7 to 29: 0.75×. Day 30 to 99: 1×. Day 100+: 2×.
- 4Tomorrow, come back for another lesson. Show up every day and your multiplier grows. Miss a day and the streak resets — but earned sats stay in your wallet.
- 5Every 3 lessons, a checkpoint saves your progress. If your streak breaks, you only redo what's after your latest checkpoint — not everything.
The streak multiplier ladder
Four bands. The longer your daily streak, the more sats you earn per lesson. The base rate is what Standard subscribers earn on Learn-and-Earn — Explorer reaches that level at 30 days and exceeds it at 100.
- 🌱Day 1 to 6 — 0.5×. The starter band. You're building the habit. Each lesson pays half base sats.
- 🌿Day 7 to 29 — 0.75×. The habit is forming. Per-lesson sats jump 50%.
- 🔥Day 30 to 99 — 1×. You're now earning the same per-lesson rate as Standard subscribers. The daily ritual is locked in.
- ⚡Day 100 and beyond — 2×. Top band. Double sats per lesson, for every lesson, as long as you keep showing up.
Course progress checkpoints
Streaks happen. Life also happens. We didn't want a single missed day to wipe out weeks of course progress, so Explorer includes course progress checkpoints — automatic, every 3 completed lessons across all courses.
If your streak breaks, only the lessons completed since your last checkpoint reset to incomplete. Everything before that stays done. Your first checkpoint fires at lesson 3. Then lesson 6. Then 9. Twelve. Fifteen. The more lessons you bank, the safer you are.
Earned sats are never clawed back.A streak break only affects what counts as "completed" in your course progress, and your future earning rate (multiplier drops back to 0.5×). The sats you've already earned and credited to your Redeem wallet stay yours, period.
Who Explorer is for

Why we built it this way
Most learning subscriptions don't reward you for showing up. You pay, you have access. Whether you log in once a year or every day, the price is the same and you get nothing extra for consistency. Explorer flips that — daily engagement IS the product.
We capped lessons at one per day on purpose. Without a cap, the streak multiplier would just be a binge race — open the app once a month, do 30 lessons, earn the high-tier multiplier on all of them. That defeats the point. The cap makes the streak meaningful: you genuinely have to come back every day.
We added checkpoints because pure punishment doesn't work. If a single missed day wiped out months of progress, people would quit after their first break. Checkpoints mean missing a day costs you the most recent 1–2 lessons, not weeks of learning. The downside is real but recoverable.
And we made the no-clawback rule absolute. Earned sats are Bitcoin you already hold. Nothing — not a missed day, not a tier downgrade, not a subscription cancellation — takes them back. Self-custody from day one. The whole point of Bitcoin is that nobody can claw it back. Our rewards inherit that property.

You unlock all courses, do one lesson per day, and earn sats per lesson at a multiplier that grows with your daily streak. From 0.5× of base sats on day 1 up to 2× on day 100 and beyond.
How is Explorer different from Standard?
Standard has no daily limit — you can binge through lessons as fast as you want, and you receive a fixed monthly Sats-Back credit. Explorer caps you at one lesson per day, but rewards you for showing up every day with a growing multiplier. Standard suits the binge learner; Explorer suits the daily-habit learner. The two are different shapes of the same product.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your daily streak resets to zero on the next activity, and your multiplier drops back to 0.5×. Your course progress also rolls back to the most recent checkpoint (every 3 lessons completed). But — critically — any sats you have already earned and credited to your wallet stay yours. We never claw back earned sats. You just have to re-do the lessons completed since your last checkpoint.
What is a checkpoint?
A checkpoint is a saved snapshot of all the lessons you've completed, recorded automatically every 3 lessons. If your streak breaks, only the lessons completed since your last checkpoint reset to incomplete. Everything in the most recent checkpoint stays done. The first checkpoint fires at lesson 3; the next at lesson 6; then 9, 12, 15, and so on across all courses.
Do my earned sats disappear if my streak breaks?
No. Earned sats are always yours. They live in your Redeem wallet and can be withdrawn to your self-custody wallet whenever the balance crosses our minimum threshold. A streak break only affects your course-completion state and your future earning rate (multiplier drops back to 0.5×). Nothing you've already earned gets taken back.
Can I do more than one lesson per day?
No — the daily cap is one full lesson per day, by design. You can split that lesson across multiple sessions if you want (e.g., do one section in the morning and finish in the evening, both count toward the same day's streak). Once today's lesson is complete, you wait until tomorrow to start a new one. The cap is what makes the streak meaningful: you can't cram a week of lessons into one day.
How exactly does the streak multiplier work?
There are four bands. Day 1 to 6 of your streak: 0.5× — half of base sats per lesson. Day 7 to 29: 0.75×. Day 30 to 99: 1× (the same rate Standard subscribers earn on Learn-and-Earn). Day 100 and beyond: 2× — double sats per lesson, forever, as long as you keep the streak alive. The longer you show up, the more you earn per lesson.
Can I upgrade to Standard or Premium later?
Yes, any time. Upgrading from Explorer to Standard removes the daily cap and adds monthly Sats-Back on top. Upgrading to Premium adds Family Corner with chores and allowances for kids. Your streak history and earned sats carry over. You can also downgrade back to Explorer if you decide the daily ritual suits you better.
